4-axle low-bed trailer to Rhineland-Palatinate

MAX 110 for WEISEL

With its range of services, WEISEL Gabelstapler + Transporte GmbH covers almost all industries that are relevant to our product range. So there can be no doubt about a win-win situation if such a company with almost 40 years of experience knocks on our door. The services of the company from Gau-Algesheim in Rhineland-Palatinate include: Machine and heavy transport, company removals and machine logistics. WEISEL also offers numerous solutions for the rental of forklifts, telescopic forklifts and work platforms. Based on the corporate philosophy of WEISEL, we are dealing with a team that works with at least as much passion as we do: “Making difficult and complex things easy for customers”. That is also our claim.

MAX Trailer – “Tailor-made” and delivered promptly

We cannot take the decision from our customers, but at least help making decisions easier. Our team supports companies and their decision-makers in finding the right solution for complex requirements. In addition to the requirement profile, delivery times and availability also play important roles. The close cooperation with our supplier MAX Trailer enabled us once again to deliver a tailor-made product that was ready for being picked up in Essen after a little more than 3 months. With buying a 4-axle MAX 110 from MAX Trailer, WEISEL has chosen a robust and – not only because of the hydraulic steering – flexible product.

MAX 110 telescopic and hydraulically steered

Despite its hydraulic forced steering the 4-axle trailer weighs only approx. 13,650 kg  Based on the maximum total weight of 58,000 kg, there would be space for (theoretically possible) 44,350 kg on the loading surface and neck. If the vehicle length is not sufficient, the trailer can be extended by approx. 5,800 mm.

Steering with remote control

However, maneuverability on and off the road is much more important than the sheer payload of hydraulically steered vehicles. In addition to the wired remote control for the steering, the supplied radio remote control helps to control the axles manually if required.

Two-part ramps at the rear

In accordance with the requirement profile, galvanized two-part ramps with grating were installed at the rear of the low loader semi-trailer. The small opening angle of the two-part steel ramps enables uncomplicated loading of, for example, working platforms or forklifts. A cable winch in the lockable box on the neck intervenes if the loading process turns out to be more difficult than expected.

Quality from Faymonville

We do not necessarily have to highlight the usual high quality of Faymonville Group products to which MAX Trailer belongs. As expected, all components and materials as correspond to the highest standard. With regard to our own aspiration, as a long-standing sales partner of the Faymonville Group, we are therefore confident that the WEISEL company will not hesitate to use our product range in the future.

We wish a safe journey!
