MAX Trailer MAX710: Two variants for different heavy transport requirements

Baggerbett und Flachbett - flexibel einsetzbar für Maschinen- und Schwertransporte

A total of 16 axle lines, two loading platforms, and diverse applications: Two variants of the MAX Trailer MAX710 in a 3+5 configuration demonstrate how demanding transport tasks can be handled with a single system. These vehicles exemplify our approach of not planning high-performance technology solely for specific projects, but rather keeping it readily available.

One concept, two loading platforms, many applications

Both versions of the MAX Trailer MAX710 are designed for heavy loads and complex transports and feature extendable loading platforms. The technical basis of both low-bed trailers is virtually identical. In the 3+5 configuration, the vehicles each have 8 axle lines. However, the excavator bed and flatbed offer different possibilities in daily use.

Part of our pendulum axle campaign

These two MAX710s are part of our pendulum axle initiative, with which we are strategically expanding our fleet and inventory planning in the heavy-duty sector.

The goal is not only to provide high-performance vehicle solutions on a project basis, but also to maintain a consistent supply. Especially in the heavy-duty sector, such vehicle configurations are often project-specific and not available at short notice. The two vehicles shown here exemplify this approach. Further vehicles are already in production.

Up to 126,000 kg gross vehicle weight with extendable loading platform

Both versions – with excavator bed and flatbed – demonstrate the versatility of the MAX710 series for diverse transport requirements. With a payload of approximately 92 t and a gross vehicle weight of up to 126 t, both vehicles are ideally equipped for special projects.

Both vehicles are also extendable: The lateral beams of the flatbed can be extended by up to approximately 4,400 mm, and the central beam of the excavator bed can be extended by up to approximately 4,000 mm.

Excavator Bed

  • Lowbed Semi-Trailer with Pendulum Axles
  • Axle Configuration 3+5
  • Single Extendable

The excavator bed version is designed for transporting heavy construction equipment. The lowered bed facilitates loading tracked vehicles. This makes this model particularly suitable for use on construction sites and for transporting construction machinery.

Flachbett

  • Lowbed semi-trailer with pendulum axles
  • Axle configuration 3+5
  • Single extension

The flatbed version is designed for versatile transport tasks in the heavy haulage sector. A flat, continuous loading platform allows for the transport of a wide variety of cargo – from machinery to long or bulky components. This makes this design particularly suitable for flexible applications with varying transport requirements.
