Delivery of tractor unit and mega trailer strengthens long-standing relationship
Spedition Rinneberg stands for reliable transport solutions and a clear vision for the future. As part of its current fleet development, our long-standing customer has decided to purchase a complete truck and trailer combination from our inventory – consisting of a Volvo FH 510 6x2T VLA tractor unit and a MAX Trailer MAX210 double extendable semi-trailer.
Volvo FH 510 lowliner
The Volvo FH 510 6×2 low-liner tractor unit an output of 375 kW / 510 hp, which is transmitted via the automatic transmission and the air-sprung rear axle. This Euro 6 compliant vehicle features a long-haul cab and practical equipment such as a retarder/intarder, auxiliary heater, and auxiliary air conditioning. The tractor unit weighs approximately 9,060 kg unladen. The permissible gross vehicle weight is 27,000 kg.
MAX Trailer MAX210 Megatrailer
To complement the tractor unit, Rinneberg has received a MAX Trailer MAX210 extendable semi-trailer. The 3-axle platform trailer is hydraulically steered, air-sprung, and double extendable. With a gross vehicle weight of 48,000 kg, a payload of approximately 34,660 kg, and a fifth-wheel load of 18,000 kg, the trailer offers the necessary reserves for a wide range of transport tasks. Its overall length of approximately 13,800 mm and its extension of up to around 15,600 mm allow for flexible adaptation to different load lengths. The vehicle can thus extend to over 29 m when required.
